Staff Platform Engineer
Early-stage AI sales-readiness platform. I lead architecture and own infrastructure, networking and security operations for a small engineering team.
- Took the company through its first SOC 2 certification, reaching SOC 2 Type II in seven months, and have run security operations since: least-privilege access across five AWS accounts, hardened CI/CD and automated vulnerability management.
- Designed the multi-account AWS architecture, all in Terraform, and built the network under it: VPCs, DNS and a Zero Trust edge with no internet-facing load balancers.
- Cut AWS spend 28% while usage grew 5.6×.
- Led the team's move to agent-driven development; merged PRs per engineer rose 3.6× in about a year.
- Built the internal AI platforms behind the product, including prompt management with canary testing and a regression gate, and LLM-as-judge evaluation.
- Built the event-driven ingestion platform behind every call source; teammates built 28 of the next 29 integrations on it.
